Are Those Things Battery Operated?

I'm referring to what Jackie was asked today by the infamous Rocky at work about her super cute, super bright, super shiny leggings.  Just so happens that she paired them with her 14-holed dike-a-licious beauties which I'm totally digging!  And yeah I happened to be dikin' it up today as well so I hopped in the photo. But it's wednesday which means I'm not wearing any makeup so no headshots here. Sorry jack...
